I had an unfortunate experience. I was initially supposed to meet with Carlos, who was very pleasant. However, he was busy, so I ended up with Anthony. He was very difficult and unpleasant to work with. I was under a time constraint and made Anthony aware of that at the beginning of our meeting. He showed no regard to my schedule and I ended up having an anxiety attack due to the lack of consideration for my time. I also felt pressured at times to purchase that day. But when I initially set up the appointment with Carlos, I told him I didn’t plan to purchase that day but could be open to it. The pressure and the attitude from Anthony ruined my new car buying experience.

I really really appreciated Paul Steenman from the service department helping me. He is so professional both in his interaction and dress. They did a great job on my car. The problem is when tried to check the status of the repair at 3:30 I was told the service department was closed. I was concerned because I was originally told I might be able to pick up the car at 5:00 but they had to order a part. That was unacceptable so I called back and after being on hold and transferred several times I was told she could not transfer me to him or give him a message only email him to let him know I called. Finally the last time I called I was transferred to him. It was very scary and frustrating because I needed my car the next day as I'm in real estate and don't have a job where I can just get a ride to get dropped off at work. For such a big organization this communication is terrible.

I feel like communication was not the best I dropped my vehicle off at 10am on Wednesday. I called just before 2pm because I had not heard anything. At 245 I finally got a call back and was told a part needed to be ordered and i had to leave my car. I was told that you were having issues with finding a loaner car for me but that you were still trying to find somethings. And to give you 30 to 45 minutes. A hour and half later I received a voicemail stating no loaner car could be found and that you could Lyft me home. This was a huge inconvenience for my situation as I am a single mother and needed to figure out what I was going to do until I could get my car on Friday.
