This was the best experience with this service department by far I’ve had, as the other other few service people didn’t seem to know what was going on any time I would call and actually got ahold of them. I was satisfied with the service because they did what they were supposed to do. However, I was told there wouldn’t be a charge. There was a charge of $116.49 for a little bracket on the cargo bar. When I bought that car the cargo bracket wasn’t in the car so our salesman got one out of a used car and put in mine. The darn thing didn’t work right after I got it. I ONLY had it fixed because I was told there wouldn’t be a charge. I love the Central dealership and will always trade there. But I felt like I should not have been charged for this.
