Coach and Mike were very helpful , and professional. I like the service department also they all did exactly what they promised and more. This is my second purchase at Central this year . I’ll never go anywhere else.

Service by Jamie was fine. However, my simple oil anD filter change was almost $70! That is at least $10 more than the last time. Unfortunately, I will have to find another place to get service that doesn’t charge so much. I’m very disappointed but a simple oil and filter change shouldn’t cost more than $50-60. I like to build relationships with the people that work on my vehicles but it seems I’ve been gouged a little on the price of this service.

I believe that a year old vehicle with 20,000 miles does not need a compression restoration for $60.00. The Central Chevrolet employee suggested this and I was told that it was highly recommended for my vehicle.
I also purchased a used 2015 Nissan Ultima and was told at the first oil change (a week later) that there was sludge in the motor. Central Chevrolet sold me this vehicle without it being serviced first? Why was there sludge in something that I just purchased from you??? Again I was told the car that I just purchased needed the compression restoration for $60, (they strongly recommended it)!
Stop gouging your customers for things that they really don’t need.
