I had an appointment for 9:30 am. I arrived at 9:15 and checked in with the service department where I was told that they were backed up and my wait would be about 2 hours I was there waiting over 2.5 hours. I’m not sure how they got that far behind that early in the day. I have no complaints about the quality or the people but maybe a change in scheduling procedures might help

I was told 45 minutes for an oil change but it took 90 minutes. When I checked in l asked if they were running behind and I was told no. It would have be nice if they would have told me the truth. I missed a very important meeting.

I wasn't updated on my truck repairs. I called repeatedly with no answer and voicemail was full and i had to get a ride up there to find out the wrong part was ordered.I had to wait another day to get my truck repaired and on top that he lost my warranty paperwork very unprofessional and will not be bringing my truck back for any services.
