Appointment for oil change was 7 or 7:30 in the morning. Car was not finished until 2. I was told that an appointment was not a time for service but just A time to check in the car. Since when? I have been bringing the car to Johnny Londoff since we purchased it and have never been told such a thing. What if I was waiting for it? Never heard of such an excuse.
