I Didn’t complete service do to lack of communication from the staff very disappointed with this service today . I missed hours of work for an oil change and I was there 2 hours , then received a call from management which couldn’t help me understand why , he wouldn’t listen and I’ve been a customer for 6 years !!!!

What happy with the fact that this service tech told me I had to stay with my car to get it serviced. I was sitting in front of my car a few feet away from the car. I had to get out of my car so that someone could put protective coverings over my seat and steering wheel. I wasn't far from the car and he stated that I had to stay with my car to get it serviced. Won't be coming back to your service department.

You need a better check in system. This was my very first visit and it was no clear what to do! A mean older man finally told me to move and stay with my car. I did but nothing was happening so I got out and stood by my car awhile then finally Robert , who was very helpful asks a checker Mike to check me in! He did and he was nice and helpful. You took the proper Covid precautions snd the service was fast! You need a better check in system ... when someone pulls in they should be greeted and directed not admonished!
