It would be good to have more training / awareness of the Bolt within the staff. It was clear from booking the appointment that there is very little familiarity with electric vehicles. The woman who booked my appointment made it very clear that she had no idea what my warning message meant (should I have expected her to?). When I came in, I was told that I had two free oil changes on my account, but the car has no oil. Overall, the repair took 6 days to complete. I am not sure if the length was due to it being an EV, but it was a lot longer than any other car repair I’ve had done.
On the positive side, Rick was very personable and provided good updates via text.
