I had a 9AM appointment for just an oil change.. first off it took 15 minutes after I pulled truck into the garage for somebody to check me in..there was a bunch of employees just standing around.. then it took an hour and 40 minutes to do an oil change..was told they had to order oil filter as to why it took so long, well I had the appointment scheduled for 2 weeks, you should have had filter there, you knew what I was driving because you sold it to me.. I lost time at work .. just felt me and my time was not a priority... but hey, thanks for the free oil change..
