Terrible service. They wasted half a tank a gas and were trying to fix the wrong issue. The auto starter didn't work. I clearly told them the problem. They drove the car around waiting for it to stop. I dropped off at 845 and got one call around noon and never got another call. I was finally able to get someone on the phone after 3, begging to know what was going on.

I can’t praise Adam Harrison enough for going above and beyond his regular duties to solve the mystery of my windshield wipers lack of performance. After asking pertinent questions regarding the issues, Adam, personally, went to the service area to give the servicer more information in order to puzzle out what was going on.
