I was thoroughly pleased with the customer service provided by Bethany and was delighted to meet her for the first time. I was given professional service in picking up my vehicle even though there was a power outage when I arrived for pickup but my pickup was handled professionally by a male rep whose name I'm sorry I didn't get but he was 'diligently' & professionally working with minimal light from a flashlight when I arrived about 5:30pm which is 'highly' commendable. Please acknowledge him for that.
