Customer service was great. My only constructive criticism would be that I made an appointment for 8:45 am however it seemed like a first come first served situation as I arrived. There was a line to be checked in and I was not completely checked in until well after my appointment time then waited an hour and a half for an oil change after check in. I just expected to be serviced closer to appointment time and would have come earlier if I knew differently.

Everything is always great, from most of my advisors. Elysia went above and beyond helping me find the finances to get the belt replaced. Apparently, I was under the impression that it had been my last check up. Because of Elysia being alert, proactive, and questioning attitude, I didn't break down as I was apt to do because of the shape of the belt. I thank her from the bottom of my heart!

Don the manager, took ownership of my situation and did his very best to settle a bad situation. I truly appreciate his efforts.
The staff on the car rental side were very kind.
I am disappointed that I had to pay for a rental car after the 5 days paid under my extended warranty. The injectors on my car failed prematurely at 65,000 miles, and then they were on back order. I was without my vehicle for 3weeks. I firmly feel Honda needed to offer a rental without charge.

We were told upon arrival that our CRV would no longer receive free oil changes, and we were expected to pay for the oil change at the time of service. My husband was very frustrated with this because we were not informed of this change when it took place back in April and not even when we brought in our Pilot for an oil change after the change was made. Our CRV was not purchased at your dealership but part of the agreement when we purchased our Pilot at your dealership was that the CRV would be included in the free oil changes for life because we were unhappy with the service we were receiving at another Honda dealership. Our CRV has been receiving free oil changes at your dealership for six years now. At the time of this oil change we were asked if we had a card that grandfathered us in to the free oil changes. I don’t know how you receive a card or how people were chosen to get that, but it’s pretty frustrating when a long time customer is not offered one of those especially when that was part of the agreement when we purchased our car from you all. We have purchased several cars from your dealership. We understand the policies change. We were frustrated by the way it was handled at the time of service. Customers should be well informed of changes prior to expecting them to pay for a service when it has never been required before. We were offered a free oil change after my husband expressed frustration. We were also told that the oil changes would not be free moving forward. Again, we were asked if we had a card that grandfathered us in. We were never offered a card for that. How could we receive a card for that when we had never even been told that a change with being made? We have all of our service on both of our Hondas performed at your dealership. Not just oil changes. So the amount of money that we have spent on an aging CRV in the past six years is not insignificant at your dealership. This change does make me question whether we will continue to bring the vehicle to you all for all of our service needs.
