I came in for an inspection and dropped off My 2004 Honda Accord. I got a call while I was out that the headlights needed to be restored and the brake lights replaced. Ben told me, apparently, that the transmission fluid and engine coolant needed to be replaced, but I didn’t understand him when he said that. I told him to take care of the headlights and brake lights, but at no point were any prices discussed. So when I came to pick up my Honda, the total was $630, and I was completely blindsided by it. Ben even admitted he hadn’t mentioned prices when going over everything, so I never had the chance to decide which services I wanted, because I was not in a position to spend nearly $700. It was completely unprofessional that this happened, because I had zero knowledge of the price and the transmission fluid and engine coolant being replaced. The latter part is my fault because it was apparently mentioned during the video, but I didn’t know I was saying yes to that.
