I was told the part my CR-Vs recall was in. I made an appointment to get my CR-V fixed on Wednesday. After 2 hours, I was told the work was done: in 2 hours, the oil had been changed and the car washed, but the main reason I had come in (for the 2nd time)--to get the recall work on battery cables done--HAD NOT BEEN DONE. I was told the parts were on back-order. It seems the Service Manager had obtained the parts, but no one seemed to know it but him. So, I was kindly comped a rental car until my car actually got fixed. At 10:30 Thursday morning, I called Priority to see if the work had been done yet; it had been, but no one thought to notify me. So, although after 3 visits to Priority my recall issue has finally been fixed, I am really wondering if other Honda customers get similar service, and, if they do, how on earth does Priority stay in business?

Was told my state inspection would be failed because of some tear in one of my wiper blades. If there was a tear, it was so minor that it didn’t affect the operation of the blades as I’ve seen no issues driving with them in the rain recently. I wanted to replace them myself but was told if you didn’t replace them the vehicle would fail and I’d have to bring back for another inspection.
