This experience was fine, but I am a bit frustrated with the lack of professionalism concerning my appointment at the end of January. The sticker was not replaced for my state inspection in January, and when I discovered the mistake, I was told I could come in and “have it taken care of.” This gave me the impression that I would only need my sticker replaced—it had only been a couple of weeks. When I came for my appointment to replace the sticker, I was told I needed to have the inspection re-done and would have to wait an hour. I didn’t have time and ended up forgetting to reschedule for a third visit. Ultimately, I received a warning on my car for the now late inspection and called to set the appointment. I appreciated that I was able to come in the following day. My frustration is primarily with the mistake in the first place, especially when I did get serviced and paid for the service on my vehicle. I’m also frustrated with the lack of transparency about needed to have the car inspected again because the I went thinking I would only need my sticker replaced. I do want to shout out Adam because he was the most accommodating and understanding of my frustration compared to others. Hope this doesn’t happen again to someone else!

Adam Harrison provided excellent service under the situation that I was in. I had called days prior due to a tire warranty. I drove 3 hours to get to a Lithia dealership that was Honda due to getting the run around from a closer Lithia Toyota dealership. I called Priority Honda to make a service appointment knowing I was driving 3 hours away. I was told that I could just drive my vehicle into service without an appointment. I even verified a couple of more times, telling the women on the phone that I was driving 3 hours and she even transferred me to, I’m guessing, the tire department to verify that the tire I needed was in stock. I show up to the dealership and they were a bit frustrated that I didn’t have an appointment and they had several vehicles to work on before mine. They wanted me to leave my vehicle overnight but I explained my situation and that I had driven 3 hours to get to the dealership from southern Maryland. Adam Harrison got me out of the dealership within an hour.

Adam is the best. The last 3 times I’ve come to Priority Honda, Adam has been my service person. Rhiana might need some training on how to satisfy a customer. I have always asked for 1 technician to service my car & the last time I called it was an issue. Instead of her asking someone she said we can’t do that. I asked since when. Her response was since I’ve been here, well she must’ve just started that day I called. But this is not the 1st time this has happened to me. As long as the service & tech departments keep doing a great job I will look past those that are unfamiliar of how to satisfy a customer.
