He also introduced me to the Sunbit financing option which enabled me to get ALL the work done!!! He was patient with me and really didn’t push me! Resolution of this matter was me walking in the rain with no proper weather gear, my shoes wet and ruined, hair ruin to go get my car. I was late to a court ordered scheduled pick up to get my daughter and I wasn’t able to pick up my mother’s prescription and she already has a compromised immune system. I just want y’all to realize that today was the day the Priority Honda dropped the ball. I will never come back

Due to a replacement windshield I had brought my car in to be calibrated two weeks ago. Then I discovered that the auto wiper function was not working correctly so I had to drive from Williamsburg to have them look at it. After an hour I was told that the company who had replaced the windshield had broken the sensor for the wipers. He told me that he had decided not to charge me for having them figure it out. I had paid you over $200 to calibrate all the functions 2 weeks ago and they didn’t notice this sensor was “dangling”? I questioned him and he didn’t give me a good explanation. Now I have to go back to the company that replaced the windshield. They had opened the box to determine the issue. Why didn’t they come tell me and let me decide to have it repaired? This guy just is not as good as other service folks I’ve dealt with at this dealership. Not impressed at all to the point I’m not sure if I’ll return to Priority for my next car.
