I used to like the service dept - efficient and they ask before they do things, until today. I had my son bring in his car since he was coming from his apartment near his school for a regular oil change and tire rotation. Later the service guy, James called me to say that the tires needed alignment. I asked if it was really necessary and he said yes. So I agreed. When the car was ready my son picked it up and we both were surprised that the bill came to $370. They apparently tacked on a engine coolant fluid exchange and another transmission fluid exchange. I asked my son, did they ask you to add these extra services. He said the guy just told him that they were doing these services today - so he said yes thinking they were part of it. In the past when he brought in the car, they always called me first before doing any extras service. I don’t know why he didn’t call me this time for the more expensive extras but he called me for the alignment. I confronted the service guy and he said your son didn’t tell him to call me. But i said that well, you called me when you asked about the alignment, right? I told him that you guys have work. But for those of us that don’t, every small change matters. They’re so inconsiderate of these tight times and the fact that not every car owner now can afford those “extra” services. It just reflects so poorly on the company.Now, I feel like they just try to squeeze out whatever they can get from you. I am not happy. There was no consent from me to do those extra services.

The service and Jeffrey were great. But when I got back to my truck there were excessive water spots all over where they took it through the car wash. This happened before I will not get them to run it through the car wash if the truck becomes more dirty than it came out. I spent about an hour waxing all of the water spots. Other than this, a great experience
