After my I'll change the technician did not screw the plastic piece underneath the car back on so It fell off while I was driving. Brought it back to the shop and they put a zip tie on the bottom instead of the bolts. I had to been down underneath and look for myself and I realize it was heaped I and ask one of the workers where is the bolt they took it back to the back and put the bolt on. But still nearest damages the plastic piece.

Jose was great! It’s a tough job to let people know that the “Priority for Life” isn’t all that it is cracked up to be according to your salesman. He has to be working the hardest position in Priority because he’s telling people that nothing is covered actually.
