No need to reach out. Donna was amazing and her customer service is fantastic. The dealership is overpriced. We left the van there to be serviced because it was dead and towed there. After calling around today two other places (Firestone and Hornsby Tire) were hundreds of dollars cheaper. I’m sure the work was quality, but over $2,800 reflects a bad decision on my end.

Jose Becerra is a very cordial, and seemingly efficient at his job. However, if inspecting the finished product is his responsibility, he needs to pay stricter attention to details. Invoice states that my vehicle was complimentary washed, it was not. When I'm told my vehicle is ready to go, I assume everything is complied with, therefore I got in and drove home. I shouldn't have to, but in thefuture I will inspect prior to remittance.

Service provider Tim Cupp - didn’t take Catalyn or my word in regards to the coupon being utilized and the cost of my service before my car entered the service garage. He was being too cautious about the amount he felt need to be paid. However, Catalyn quoted she miscalculated - it look very indecisive with the cost of service. I wasn’t going to be argumentative, it’s best to walk away-I didn’t like the way the transaction went - I believe customer service is a 1st priority - I should have been honored with the amount quoted by service writer regardless whether it was a error or not. But to have to wait call back etc - inconveniencing your customer. I understand Catalyn was learning & job policies & procedures. Hopefully, in the future better administrative decisions on other challenge situations. Overall, I was satisfied with my services & every service visit I utilize coupons to save cost. Thank Mr Jeff N. for assisting me and clearing the matter.

Jose was very helpful and polite. I have two critiques:
1. Priority Honda charged me more than four times the commercially available price of the part. Additionally standard-repair time for replacing the part was 2.6 hours (per Jose), but it clearly took little over an hour. So, for about 1-1.5 hours of work and a $20 part, I paid over $500. I understand this is your system, but it’s excessive.
2. Despite the COVID situation, no employees at your store were wearing masks, and the layout of your service area precluded six foot distancing. Your representatives are likely candidates to transmit the disease to customers since they have a relatively high rate of contact with the community. The lack of precaution shows disrespect for the customers and the healthcare system.

It is much more helpful when the sticker stating the next service mileage and date is put on the windshield ( not the 1st time it has been forgotten leaving me to guess or search for paperwork to determine the next service). The area around the dipstick is dirty as is the reservoir for the power steering fluid making it impossible to determine the level. Not sure what kind of windshield wiper fluid is used but it resembles dirty dish water.

Requesting my difference in cost be reimbursed to me
Mr. Jeff Neise Service Lane Mgr - Catalyn the service writer confronted you about my coupon discount & calculated my cost before service rendered the price quoted was $170 plus tax - I agreed - then after service completed Tim Cupp had my service paper and quoted $203.83. Catalyn said she would speak to you today , Monday in regards to this error. As a consumer I am requesting a reimbursement this miscalculation wasn’t any fault on my behalf. Catalyn was a nice service write doing her customer service skills to accommodate me the customer with intergrity.
