Everyone needs to be on the same page, but not communicating isn’t the key to success. I have to keep coming back when I should have been told from the beginning. Then everything wasn’t completed, was told it wasn’t on the work order. When I purchased the vehicle it was cloudy so it wasn’t washed. I would appreciate it if it gets washed and cleaned properly on April 11th when I come for service. Thank you in advance.

Have always been satisfied with Priority Honda. All the employees I’ve dealt with were happy and eager to serve me. The appt system works well..... no sitting around waiting to be served. I wouldn’t change a thing. I only come there when I need service and know before hand I won’t waste the day. Hope your employees stay healty. As an aside I was unpleasantly surprised that not one employee was wearing a mask today. Might review your policy on virus security.
