Jose did a fine job. No issue with his service. I was not happy with the price to fix the car and the transmission has always been of some sort of issue. I had to pay $211 for a software issue on the transmission. Why would that never be done? I was told they did not know the update was necessary until a problem presents itself. The transmission had a recall for the warmer which was done but not recognized by honda until 2 years after purchase even though I brought it to the service department attention at 2 previous visits. At several stop lights on the way home today the e fine did not shut off. I only drove straight home so not sure if that is an issue. It did happen at a previous time and the service fixed it...I am now retired and must be aware of ever penny spent. Not completely accepting of the $1115.24 , the cost of this repair. Sheila
