While the Advisors are always nice, things get missed. I am not a complainer so I let it go. The few times I was offered a wash, I never got it. I left today with a "low tire" warning. The last time I had an inspection, the lug nuts were not tightened after replacing the tire. I had my car looked at by another shop because of a loud noise while accelerating. They advised me of the loose lug nuts. Could have caused an accident. I would really like to think I would buy my next car from Priority but with every visit, I get reasons not to.

Brought my Ridgeline in for inspection and maintenance on the evening of March 31 for service on April 1. Made a point when I made the appointment to make sure I received an April inspection sticker not March. Picked up my truck yesterday and, despite my caution, still received a March inspection. I did not have time to demand an April sticker and was not offered the same either. While the inspection cost was covered in the price of my vehicle I would appreciate the opportunity to come back and get what I should have in the form of an April sticker. To also note the inspection record left in my truck showed April 1 as the date of inspection.
