My car was ready at 15:52. Your repersentive can in the waiting room and tried to sale a break job. I told him no I don't want the service. I saw him when he backed close to the building in the fire lane. After 30 min. I went to the service area and aske why I had gotten my car yet, I see it parked next to the building backup close to the service department entry. Jarred told me it was just parked there and he was on his way in to get me. I knew that was incorrect. I didn't say anything to him about the issue because I knew I could write in this survey. My car was ready at 15:52 but I didn't pay for the service until16:37 and my window was left down. I am not happy at all. I don't like to come in for service and you try to sale me other things. Jarred even had a repair for a front headlight on his service needed inventory. That's why I was there in the first place. I normal am satisfied but not this time.

I was sold the Commodore paint sealant package a couple of years ago. When I asked if I could have the sealant reapplied,I was told that Priority Honda no longer does this.. I was sold this package, because they said my Auto Butler service was longer supported. I have never received the home use sealant touch up or the vinyl cleaner that I was told they would give me with the package, so basically I was stuck out in the cold. On top of that, I did not even receive a courtesy wash or cleaning after my service today. Very disappointing...

What is with a charge for “shop supplies”? Are you kidding me? What next? A charge for the electricity used while my car was in the garage? $106.99 is more than enough to cover costs for changing brake fluid. It just sounds like you’re getting greedy. Don’t think I’ll be coming back.
