I have been dealing with Jeff for many years. He is awesome..stays on top of the job. He fully explains all that needs too know. He has ex ellexcent customer service knowledge service. Donna was a cable and respectful representative. The issue I have is with the lack of communication between employees. I was repeatedly told by several different employees that a rental car would be made available for me. However, when I arrived no one seemed to know. I got the sense that there was a "we'll cross that bridge when we get to it" mentality. The problem was the assumptions made by the employees that I would know to tell every person I dealt with at the facility, which turned out to be at least 3 to 4 people, of my situation. This led to miscommunications and ultimately the wasting of much of my time. It is ridiculous for the responsibility of a communicating the customers simple plan to all of the facilities' employees to fall upon that customer.
