I came in for an oil change. $400 and 3 1/2 hours later. I will never buy another car from Priority. I will tell everyone I know not to buy a car from Priority. What a scam, rip off, and complete den of thieves.

The problem with why my fuel gauge went from FULL at Langley AFB to 1/2 tank when returning from Williamsburg was not resolved. No reason was found, so my CR-V was returned to me. I was not charged anything, but the “mystery” was NOT solved, nor were theories offered.

Jose is a great person. This is not the first time he had my car. I like talking to him and he is very helpful and courteous. On the other hand your website needs work and it promises a discount if you make your appointments between 1pm and 4pm. My appointments are always between 1 and 4 and I do not get the discount

A leak in the roof was determined as the cause for water getting into the drivers side from the seatbelt mount. A body shop was recommended as the next step for repair as it was beyond Honda Priority scope, but an exact location or detailed explanation was not provided. This would have been helpful to in order to better communicate with a body shop about the repair in the near future.
