I had a 245 appointment for an oil change, I was told it would take one hour:at 4:30 I was told I needed a new tire. I did not leave your building until after 530 I asked to keep the tire. I mentioned 3 x and was told I could have it. once I got home I received a phone call saying they forgot to give me my tire, now my husband has to drive back up there tomorrow to pick the tire up. I was very unsatisfied with today’s appointment
