Could not determine the issue as to why the car sporadically “almost” doesn’t start sometimes. The car was there since Saturday morning. Was the ignition checked, too? Just disappointed but pleased there was no charge. I do appreciate that. Thank you for the gesture, Jim.

She did very well. I scheduled to get my oil changed. When we got to the reception counter, she advised that I needed to get a wheel alignment for two of my tires. She explained the reason as to why I needed to get it fixed ASAP. She was a great help.

I came for my state inspection on 2-13 and was advised of the work my vehicle needed in order to pass, as well as the parts that needed to be ordered for the work to be done. I was told they’d be in the next morning. I informed the gentleman earlier would be best, as I work nights and need to sleep. He was understanding and said he’d call as soon as the parts were in. I was notified around 730 AM they had come, the service would take appx an hour and told what time the techs go to lunch. I arrived early enough to accommodate all of our needs, however the wrong parts were ordered. I was there for several hours and told “sorry”. No attempt was made to compensate me in any way for the inconvenience, or my time. I have been a loyal customer of Priority and while those I personally dealt with were polite and apologized, I was disappointed that more was not done to compensate me. I bring my 2001 to Priority for service even though it was not purchased there. It’s only a matter of time before I need a new car.
