Jeff is a great mechanic and a good person. The problem with the van door not opening completely is related somehow to the ambient temperatures. When it's below 50 degrees F the door will not open. If the temperature is above 50 degrees it opens sporadically. If the temperature is above 60 degrees it opens all the time. This problem is a manufacturing defect in the motor that operates the door. I'm not sure it can be repaired. I believe it needs to be replaced.

Tim was polite, professional & efficient (as usual). This time he even had to call my warranty company & was able to work with the mechanic to get my starter replaced (I went in for an inspection)... It took literally 15 minutes to do the work & I was out the door. Awesome service. Awesome staff. I actually enjoy bringing my cars into priority.
