My appointment was at 10:30. I arrive 15 minutes early at 10:15 this morning. At that point I waited two hours with hungry children for a simple 15 minute oil change. By the time I left Priority Honda in Hampton my toddler was practically crying for food. As for customer service I couldn't find anyone to talk to me while I was there. I wasn't satisfied at all.

It took FOREVER, but I did get tire pressure sensors that I came for. I do think that, if a person arrives early for an appointment, it should NOT take an hour and a half after the scheduled appointment for the consultation for service that then will take another two and a half hours to complete. I came there for tire pressure sensors, and over four hours seems REALLY long (especially when the time estimate when I arrived was an hour and a half.)
