After being notified my car was ready i said i was on the way to pick it up. I arrived at 6:02pm and everyone from service was gone and had locked up without giving my keys to the front desk. Had to wait for someone to get access to my keys.

Nobody enjoys going and bringing your car in and having to deal with car service agents. That’s not the case with Mr Neise. Ive had my car for 4 years now and the majority of the time I have had the pleasure of working with Mr Neise. Today I had 2 hours to myself while at the dealership waiting for the service to be completed, which gave me time to take in the sights and sounds of the dealership. I don’t think there is anybody in there that seems to enjoy his job any more than Jeffery. He’s efficient, always head down, but still takes the time to be the most personable person there. Today I saw some new young faces in the service department and I thought to myself, if I was them, I’d be trying to just model what I’m doing from Jeffery. Always is very polite and genuine too. Today I saw my car was ready, but hadn’t been called from the waiting room. I never make a big deal about anything and wasn’t going to ask him what the hold up was, but Jeffery made it a point to tell me right off the bat, “I’m sorry Mr Scarola, your car was ready about 20 mins ago, but I was talking to my boss.” To me, that’s all I could ask for. I don’t know how the service hierarchy works or where Mr Neise falls as far as that goes, but I would strongly recommend keeping him around and locking him in ($). As a disclaimer, I don’t know him personally, nor have I talked to him other than service appointments. I’m just going out of my way to commend the hard work and wonderful service he continues to provide. Thank you!

Not sure what was going on with the person changing the oil. I got a report the battery was bad, and I should take action on it to the tune of $275. If my wife or someone not knowledge of the car battery had taken the vehicle in for service they would have been sold a new battery.
As it turned out, I questioned the battery condition since it was less than three years old.
