I was called and told the service was complete. When I got there the service rep handed me the keys and the paperwork. I asked see the tire that was damaged and he was told by the technician it was still on the car and nothing had been done. Imagine my shock

I’m having a noise with my car that is only experienced when driving to destinations via the highway. Unfortunately Honda was not able to duplicate the noise and I have to continue to deal with it unless I can catch it when I get off the highway and another Priority Honda is around where I’m at. I’m going to do my best to resolve the issue and I hope to get a better resolution. The service tech was great otherwise. Just wish we could have addressed the issue I’m concerned about.
