He was amazing and I look forward to providing feedback. He explained everything that I should expect for the scheduled service as well as a concern I had with my key fob not working occasionally. When he saw that my car wouldn’t be ready at the time I asked, he called and provided detailed reasons why they would have to extend the repair time. I have to say that I’ve had my Honda since December 2021 and he has been the absolute best with regards to customer service.
