Jacob was very personal and made us very comfortable. He didn’t try to push filters, tires, etc. he advised us that they were in working order and would need changed in a specific time. First time that has happened when coming in for oil changes. He will be our go to guy from now on!

Took in for recall, told 2 hrs to fix, I was on time, actually 10 min early, told service person I had to wait and there was 2 others at desk not on phones or computers and 2 out of 3 repeated that I was going to wait and not do the service to go for free to do some of my other places to be cause I thought it would be less hassle for shuttle guy and save gas for the FREAKING DEALERSHIP but after sitting in waiting room for 2 and 1/2 hours I went to service and asked what the hell was taking so long for a catalytic recall replacement when I use to replace whole exhaust in 1 and1/2 hour at Midas Muffler and the freaking old man at desk said he would go and check on it. Bottom line my SUV had been done for over 45 mins. and the assholes at service desk knew I was in Waiting Room. Had a # tag on mirror that was parked 200 hundred feet from where I could pick it up when waiting after work was done. THEY TREATED ME AS IF I HAD DROPPED IT OFF IN MORN AND PICK UP LATER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is **** sitting in waiting room and treated as you will be notified at home that it is done and you can pick it up!!!!! What a **** OPERATION TO THEN PUT ADVERTIZING IN LOCAL PAPERS AS THE BEST SERVICE!!!!!!!!! I would of fired, I don't care how many years of service, the ASSHOLES THAT PUT ME THROUGH THIS WITH OU NO INSTANT APOLLIGES. HOPE THE BIG BOYS IN DETROIT SEE THIS!! EXCUSE ME THE LADY RUNNING THE SHOW!!

Rick was able to get my car in immediately, and it was fixed within the same day. I am beyond thrilled with his expertise and attention to detail.

I had two items missing from my truck after it was serviced. The driver side floor mat was missing and a over the seat organizer from Duluth Trading Company. Not so concerned about the floor mat as I have some WeatherTech floor mats in order, but the seat back organizer was a Christmas gift from my son.

My truck takes dexos oil. Very concerned when receipt said conventional oil and was 4.50 per unit price on the receipt. My mother took my truck for the oil change so I didnt see the receipt until later. The place i normally take my truck for oil change, their cost..not retail for dexos is 6 bucks a quart. Per conversation later with service department, they guarantee I have the correct oil but I am very skeptical because of the receipt.

Rick did everything to help with the cost. But the cost for something as simple as a water pump was excessive. Satisfied with the service but totally unsatisfied with the cost.
