Service was fast when the time came to actually get service done, I was disappointed in the time it took to find the problem and get warranty and part approval which ended up well over 3 weeks and and the original scheduling to get service after that was a month out after warranty approval, I was satisfied with how well they worked with me to make a sooner appointment and was very pleased with how fast they were able to make the repair and fix a recall that I wasn’t even aware of, I was satisfied with the work done just a timing issue

I paid for an oil change/ tire rotation! Every time I came in it was a 2 hour wait! You had my truck over 2 hours today and there was only 1 person in front of me! I do not have a problem with Jason! He was awesome! I have a problem with , when I’ve paid ahead for something, I don’t think there should be a time limit! I’m out $50.00 plus! I’ll be doing my oil changes myself!

The first week I had my Jeep I had to come back for tires and the mechanic told me I had a headlight out.
I’ve only drove my Jeep for 2 weeks and in the mechanics report he stated he found a broken headlight with CORROSION! I do not believe in the short amount of time that I had the vehicle that the inside would of corroded. I park my Jeep inside a garage and there’s not been much rain either.
I’m very disappointed in customer service and I’ll be contacting Chrysler in the morning. There is no reason I should be paying $1000 - $1,200 to fix a headlight on a “certified” vehicle. I haven’t even made my first payment ????

The service department always does a great job! Always courteous. I have one minor issue. I asked when I came in how much time it would take as I needed to be somewhere at 12:30. I came in at 11:15. I was told approximately 45-50 minutes. I got my car back at 12:26. I just wish I could have gotten a more accurate time frame. I might have chosen to come back at another time. I would rather you overestimate how much time it would take then take an additional 30 minutes than what I was told.
