He was very rude and unprofessional. He use the same diagnosis that was already given to him from the body shop. He kept my car for three days when he should’ve only had it for one day And still was not able to answer my questions on the issue there’s a broken piece under my dash that will not fit back on my car after they change the fuse. I left all the fuses in the floorboard of my car. He told me that my key fob was not working. Where as my other brand new key fob is not working as well.He tried to blame me for the reason why the piece got broken on the car because I would not leave it long enough for them to fix it as I was in a hurry to get my vehicle back after it’s already been there for three days and they failed to work on my car until the morning that I came to pick it up.I am 100% Dissatisfied with the service I was given and will 100% not do business with the service department again and advise all my friends and family of the same.

Within 5 mins of leaving the Warsaw shop the battery light illuminated on the dash. Later, after dinner the same day (June 24th-same day), she drove to the grocery store and the battery light came on again. I decided to test drive the vehicle after my wife returned from the grocery store and within 5 mins the battery light came on. The vehicle doesn’t lose power, stall or run at low rpm when in park......it’s just the light turns on and will not go out until the vehicle is turned off.

I used the online chat portal to get an appointment set up for 10am to have my oil changed. It took over an hour before my vehicle was pulled into a service bay. The service tech did his job right but I’m disappointed that I had a scheduled appointment to have service performed and had to cancel another meeting I had planned elsewhere after the oil change because it took so long.
