I’m not sure if once they’re done with the service they wash AND vacuum your car, but my car was only washed. Not even fully washed. The rims were still dirty, there was still dirt on my back window and they didn’t vacuum at all. I don’t know what the policy is but if you’re gonna wash the cars at least vacuum them as well.. not happy at all

I was recommended to replace one of my tires ASAP when picking up my car. I would appreciate if this information could be communicated earlier. Later on the same day of my car service, the warning light of tire pressure was on. Although not sure it is the same tire has low pressure (haven't got the chance to have it checked), it's still not a good feeling knowing that this could have been prevented.
