I have Honda care for my oil changes, I picked up my car after hours from service desk, I was charged $45 for the oil change and was told I needed to pay that amount in order for me to pick up my car, I was told to call back the next day and ask for a refund. I didn’t understand why was I charged, and HAD to pay, and worst of all to then be working on getting a refund. I was not satisfied with this experience.

My car was ready for God knows how long . I was waiting in the waiting room for almost 2 and a half hours until I decided to find out for myself what was happening. There were many people there but no one seemed to be interested in helping. The sales department people were much more helpful and kind to go look for my car and they found it parked in the lot. I was very upset and Andy appeared to be gone for break and forgot to tell someone to let me know when my car was ready. Some guy said “oh I got your paperwork, but it’s not printing” he went to get someone else and when I told this new guy what was going on he said “don’t give me attitude I don’t know anything” I said “I’m not giving you attitude, I just want my car and to get out of here”. I had to call the person who helped me purchase the car and he was kind enough to say he was going to send me the receipt by mail. Thank you Rigo. It was a terrible experience today and I hope you guys do a better job communicating next time and don’t let your customers wait long times for no reason. Not cool.

Juan is more knowledgeable about my car than I am. He approached concerns I had but I had not voiced without me saying anything. He talked to me about a motor mount, transmission oil change and my battery life!!!! I had been wondering about these things but he took my car and got it checked out and then he talked to me with a battle plan in mind so he not only pin pointed what the issue was but he also had a solution for it!!! I was blown away by such attention to detail and by the genuine concern for my cars health and my safety. Treatment like that is what has me going back to Juan for all my car maintenance needs and concerns.
