We were disappointed to have not received
the usual printed results/report from the
multi-point inspection with our invoice
upon completion and payment of service.
When we noticed it was missing
and inquired about it- were told the printed report
wasn't being given today but that
"everything was okay". This has never happened before.

Everything was great just 2 things that I wasn’t satisfied with one was that it being my first time there to service my car ,there wasn’t anyone to greet me nor direct me the right way ,I was completely lost till I got out of my car and went to look for help,I understand you guys were busy but at least have someone greet customers and help direct them.Second it states on receipt that car was washed and it wasn’t, box was checked off,were it states if car was washed.So hopefully my input can help future visits...
