I was disappointed to find my car unwashed after getting an oil change & tire rotation. I have gone to other Honda dealers and always find my car washed.
I tried this location because it was closer to work. My car was there from 12:30-5:15.

He went above and beyond in making suggestions and bringing to my attention other things that my car needs like an alignment and other things. He was understanding about my economic situation and did not pressure me into getting it done that same day. Rather he printed all the info to make it easy for me and be able to schedule a future appointment. He is very kind, professional and explains things in a way that are easy to understand. It was only him out there yet he was hustling while providing excellent service, acknowledging everyone and doing the job of 10 men.
