When I arrived, I requested a ride to work (2.8m away)...it was just before 7:20. I was told to wait in the seating area and I would be notifed around 8:00am. I had to go find a service rep around 8:30 and ask for help. The recall notification from Honda stated I was eligible for a loaner. Once work was completed, I was expected to travel to Honda to pick up my car. Significant disconnect in what corporate Honda communicated about what to expect to do the recall and the dealer experience.

Yes the service was excellent and no extreme pressure was use to buy any of Honda product. Most dealer say you need this or that or this must be done. Ryan was great, he let us make the choice for the service we wanted. Also he looked at and fixed a another’s Honda dealership mistake.

I had a coupon from the website that wasn’t honored. I spent $300+ for the services and was told I couldn’t use the coupon because I had to show him the coupon before the service was completed. The coupon said present at time of purchase for services. Manuel said that I pay when the service is completed. I assumed that the time of purchase would be when I pay. When I showed up to pick up my car and pay, Manuel said I needed to show it prior to the service because he already completed the paperwork and would have to do it again, so he stated that it can’t be used. The service coupon did not indicate that I had to present it prior to services. The paperwork I got back was only three pages that stated the charges and was not excessively long and detailed. It kind of gave me the vibe that staff was just too lazy to do a little extra paperwork processing for customer satisfaction. All that the coupon said, was to bring it with me, but apparently I guess there are vague coupon instructions that I’m not aware of.

Andy was very nice at meeting me and greeting me at the entrance area, he's very professional and curious to me and my vehicle, he told me all the steps and services I need to do to the car, he cares about my car and cares about my concerns, he have a very good customer service attitude and professional.
