I wasn’t too happy with today’s service. I was handed a paper basically everything was checked off has good (green box) fluids checked etc. When keys were handed to me , i opened up the hood to check the fluids . I checked brake fluid it was still very low like a 1/4 left, windshield washer was empty ! If the brake fluid was that low why was it checked off on green box, and they should of brought it up to my attention just like they told me about filters and alignment!
So how do I exactly know my oil changed was done! After I brought it up too Service Advisor he took the car and added washer fluid!
When I had my tires rotated the first time there , I brought the car home checked the tires myself I knew they were rotated, because one of the tires was low and it was moved to the back . Then I checked tire pressure on all 4 tires , each one had a different PSI , which I knew for sure tire pressure wasn’t checked
Again why would they rotate tires and not check PSI.. Probably thinking I’m a female and I won’t check ! I’m not paying for oil change ,but at least be honest about completely finishing the job correctly!

I was not completely satisfied with how my car was presented to me after my tire was replaced. The wheel was dirty looking from a liquid used during the change out process. I also would have liked to have seen the nail that was in my tire.

Andy Vuong’s hospitality was on point and his knowledge of different type of car services that Honda service has was also on point. Andy Vuong was very relational, professional, and very encouraging. Really, really enjoyed my stay here at El Monte because of Andy. Would not mind the 30 minute drive to El Monte, knowing that El Monte Honda has someone like Andy.
