My service was excellent and my service rep, Gabriel, was excellent as well. However, my appointment was at 7:00am and your Service Center did not open til 7:13am. I, along with others, had to line upon the street until your service people would able to clear the blocking cars and allow us to the service center. Please do not schedule an apppintment this early of you do not plan to be open

I mentioned a problem with air coming in through windshield and it wasn't looked into. When I received a call I mentioned it to him again and he suggested I take it to a Honda close to my home to schedule a test drive but if someone had to drive my car to be tinted why couldnt they take a look then? They "washed" my car and it looked as if they put no effort to leave it clean. My tint on passenger side has bubbles and a hair I'm waiting to see if it gets better but if not I will be taking it back.
