Manuel did not want to explain in detail the problems with my car. First they told me one thing and later the problem was another thing and at the end my car was not fixed. I always take my car to this dealership ship, but you guys just lost a customer. I had to take my car to another place and they fix it. The worst customer service by Manuel and his team.

Ken is always kind and a pleasant

I was very comfortable with the help of Andika, he was able to answer questions I had and explained in details of things I didn’t understand, he was very patient. I will definitely request for his help again.

It’s always a pleasure to work with the staff at El Monte Honda. Gabriel and Ken took very good care of me and my Honda. Gabriel went out of his way and stayed beyond his work hours To make sure that I received my car and was satisfied.

Great. Wish I got the phone call that my car was done. But I got an email. And he said my car was on the left side and well it wasn’t and I was lost until another man said my vehicle was on the other side and that he would get it for me. Other than that it was fine service.

Andy was very helpful and kind. The technicians that worked on my car were very rude. When Andy told one of the technicians that there were cars still to be service he screamed out “****” and drove away in my car in an aggressive manner. I was very disturbed on how he treated my car and was concerned how it will be serviced in the back. Andy was the only person on the floor greeting people and assisting people that had questions. I inquired about the hours of service and was told that the last car is brought back at 6pm and the service center remains open until 7. It was about 6:30pm and there was no other workers to be found. You may want to alter service hours to match when you have employees so that we all can get the best car for our car. As I was leaving, all three technicians came out and left when there were cars to be the driveway waiting for someone to be helped and Andy was left alone. I applaud Andy for being able to handle the situation by himself. Also the technicians were very rude to Andy. I’m sorry, but I only come to this service center because it is convenient for me, but it is not my first choice due to the lack of care and work ethics I view in the workers. The only saving grace in this whole experience was being helped by Andy.

Gabriel is the best Service Advisor that we know. We’ve tried various other dealerships, but Gabriel is always courteous and professional. He is the best.

Everyone is always friendly there.
