The appointment was made one week in advance. Regarding the fuel pump recall. When we arrived at the service department we waited for over an hour just to be told they didn't have the parts . Very disapointed and ANGRY. A waste of time.

While I am 100% satisfied with my service advisor Juan Montes, I do want to mention an incident right after receiving the service. One of your mechanical, at least from the name badge on his uniform, called Mike, told me not to charge my 14’ plug-in Accord at the charging station located in the service/part customer parking area using the dealer’s charging station. His reason totally made Zero sense. But I didn’t want to waste my time arguing with him on-site. Let’s make it simple, if the charger is not for customers, he should go tell his supervisors/managers the situation and put up a sign there. Otherwise it’s not his job telling a customer to not using an amenity provided by the dealership. Period. Please investigate and provide proper training to your employees, thanks!

Honestly, I cannot thank you guys enough, I attained service at an excellent rate with shuttle service to and from the dealership stuff was MORE than helpful along with the amenities within the office. yo voy a diferentes servicios honda dealers y la verdad muy mal servicio y mala atención al cliente no lo recomiendo el que me atendio no da muchas opciones en precios con esta situación del covid19 tiene que dar un precio razonable y ya que toca pagar aumenta el precio y la persona que me atendio el mismo me cobro no tenía un servicio seguro en servicio de cajero al pagar por el servicio

Iim sorry but iam not going back to this place, i went last saturday for a engine oil change , and cooper tried to make me sing a 400 dollar ,service wich i never ordered, and then i went inside and some other guy i think lopez tried to make me break the contract i have with honda and tried to sell me a newer car wich is wrong i told hin i dont need to break any contracts , and tha mu car is still new , 2018 model. This isnt right. i felt that is not that they want to help peopme but empty their pockets, they look like hienas lloking for the prey.
