I paid for a 2 hour vehicle diagnostic. I was told over the phone what was wrong with my vehicle I agreed to fixing it . After paying for my vehicle the service advisor wants to tell me that some thing else is wrong with my car ! I paid for 2 hours of diagnostic he was suppose to tell me EVERYTHING that is wrong with my vehicle over the phone. now I have to return to a mechanic and fix the remainder of what was left to fix . I will not return to that location ever

It is is not an easy question to answer. I had an appointment at 11am and had arrived 20 minutes prior. I noticed all the asian techs were only approaching asian customers as they arrived. It became blatantly obvious as my appointment time arrived that I was being purposely ignored by the asian service members. 6 asian people were tended to (3 before my appointment time and 3 after my time arrived)before I finally spoke up. I only spoke up because an asian man arrived and was tended to right in front of me. I mentioned to the asian tech assisting that man (which did not have and appointment and was tended to within a minute of arriving) that I had been passed over by every asian tech and that it was beyond obvious that I was being discriminated against. The tech only said sorry and continued to assist the Asian man that had just arrived. At that point Nick Hernandez rushes over to assist me. I apologized several times to Mr. Nick for my outburst but it was so obvious that I was being skipped over by all the asian service techs. Nick Hernandez was very quick and in less than 5 minutes had everything set and my vehicle moving to be serviced. That’s not the end of my experience. I was told that it would not take long since the vehicle only needed to have software updates. One hour turned into nearly 3 hours of wait. I asked the asian techs about my vehicle and all I got was, “I don’t know” and “who helped you”. It wasn’t until Mr. Nick Hernandez saw me again and within a minute, he was driving back with my vehicle. It has been the worst case of discrimination I have ever experienced towards me. The blatant attitude of the asian service techs to ignore me and only approach all the asian customers that arrived before me and after me was a disgusting act. I apologized many many times to Mr. Nick Hernandez for my outburst and I praised his great attitude and service. He is truly a great asset to your company and his positive human nature to treat everyone equally is paramount.
