I took my car in for maintenance service on Saturday. I had my appointment set up and it was a quick drop off. I get a call that my car was ready and I get there 10 minutes later and the person that helped us was at lunch, noone there was able to help us they kept saying well he's at lunch just wait and we'll call him..it took about 20 minutes or so just to wait. We sign the paper and we asked why it said something about the car battery and he said oh the battery wasn't good and so we changed it....We get home and I read the second paper and it stated client said the battery is not working and they need to pass charge when they turn vehicle on.i immediately called car pros and asked for the guy that helped us and he was busy and the lady said she will take a message and I told her what happened and she said oh yeah your the one that drives the pilot? I said no!! The Honda accord 2017!! And I've never had issues with my battery or anything with my car!! She apologized and said he would call me back and well.. I'm still waiting for that call back...and who's paying for that battery???

I had to return due to the same overheating malfunction I had to pay an additional diagnostics fee totaling 795 including new parts. When I had provided previous repair and diagnostics and a Car Pros Diagnostics was completed for a 1700 final bill. I don't mind paying for Honda Service or Honda Parts but I do mind paying for any type of consumer extortion and will proceed to the Better Business Bureau to engage in a consumer protection investigation law suit if my car does not render adequate service and parts.
