My service with Phillip was fine. I didn’t have the best experience when I went to pick up my car. Phillip was at lunch and when I went to speak to one of the representatives there people were clueless on what to do. A lady told me she would take care of it and asked me to sit on a bench, once I realize nothing was being done about it I had to get up and ask again and someone else had to help me. At one point one of your employees mumbled under his breathe “you are talking to the wrong people”. There seems not to be an organized system as far as who attends who there when customers arrive. My service wasn’t explained to me at all, I had to get my car park it and come back to talk to Phillip about my car. It was the worst customer experience I’ve ever had there.

The attention to detail and the foresight that Juan had to advise me on things that are due to come for the maintenance of my vehicle have left me truly feeling like my car was in the best hands possible. The gentleman who help me is not very helpful. The shop close at 5 but he left early. When he call he didn’t even let me know that he gonna leave early. When I arrived at 4:30know one there to help. I have coupons was ask to redeem it but his co-worker refuse to do it. Said that it has to be done by the gentleman that service my car. I ask to leave a note to call me the next day when he is back to work. He didn’t even bother to call
