My appointment was at 715 and i asked after two hours waiting around and juan told me they where still checking on it around the 3 hour i saw my car park in the front and it was block in i lost my patience at this point it was 11am if i never would of ask a worker i would of been there all day i have to kids and it was getting hot mr juan forgot about me
