I had to take my car back for the second time for recal you guys said I could get a ride it took for ever had to ask for ride very inconvenient for me and my friend early in the morning dropped off no car wash it was there for over 2 hours they said Would be ready in two hours then had to wait for them help and find my car cause I couldn't get a ride back

Ken was great. I was a little disappointed I was not able to get the 2 keys, nobody's fault they were not in stock.

I just wrote a review and for some reason named a person as Sam but, the name was supposed to be Kenneth.

Service light was still on after I had just done my service. I had to drive all the way back to the dealer to get that checked out and fixed. It wasn't the customer service reps fault it was more of a mechanics issue. Took time out of my day and gas driving back. I hope the next time I come back I won't have this issue

I discussed my brakes issues with the person (mechanic) that took my car for an oil change. I told him how my brakes were making noises which he noted down. He said they were going to take a look but not actually fix it because it will be a separate charge which is fine and I understand. When the person (Kim) called me to get my car he told me of another issue in my car. He never mentioned the brake issue I asked about. Luckily I asked Kim I wanted to see the issue (broke coolant reservoir tank with leakage) so he had the mechanic show me and took me to the back. The mechanic was great and showed me what was wrong. I needed a new tank and the liquid. I also asked about the breaks and he explained. Once I walked myself back to Kim he still never mentioned anything about the breaks which was my second reason coming into Honda. I was also not satisfied with the pricing they offer. I was told coolant tank is $23 plus labor will be $55 and they will just top it off with the liquid. I said no but bought the tank myself from Honda. I attached the tank in myself which took 10 seconds and went to a different mechanic down the street and they put the liquid in for me for free. I think $35 dollars extra for labor is insane. The liquid bottle itself is 25 at Honda if I wanted to buy it myself.

The only thing is they did not wash my car. Machine broken or something like that
