Adrian was very courteous and showed professionalism throughout the process. Better attention to customer service was needed with the rest of the team, however, as the cars blocking the car wash did not allow for follow through on what was promised and I had to return once my service was completed as my tire pressure service light came on as I got on the freeway.

It is hard to find people with the personality and character that Manny possesses. I purchased my vehicle from this establishment and ever since, I have been coming to this establishment to have it maintained. As far as the service goes, I am certain Manual gave me top quality service as he replaced my airbags. I don't know if Manual was involved in this part but I am concerned about the "extras" that the dealership tried to get me to purchase. I was told that my boots were broken and that the fuel injector "needed servicing" (whatever that means) for 279 & 440. I took my car to my personal mechanic about three weeks ago and when I checked with them today, they said the boots were just fine when they serviced the car. Needless to say, I am quite concerned with the honesty of El Monte Honda. Except for the past year, I have had my car serviced at El Monte/Spirit Honda for the majority of it's life (8 years). I know I have had the fuel injector serviced and numerous other services performed when I took it in for only an oil change. How many hundreds (and thousands over the course of it's lifetime) of dollars did I spend needlessly? I am upset and disappointed that you employed these practices on me!

They put wrong oil in my vehicle. I am livid about the situation. My 2012 Accord 4 se only takes 0-20w full synthetic oil and Nelson Honda of El Monte put 5-20w
reg oil in my engine and that's unacceptable. I want the full service required to fix this error on their behalf.
