I asked to chck an issue with the radio not being able to read/display SMS text messages from my iphone anymore. I told it to the service advisor upon my arrival, he said he was going to have someone from IT check it after the service was performed. He asked a lady to come over and check it, she could not fix it so she spoke to his manager. His manager came and told me this is something the service technicians would have to check and asked me to wait. He did not return but told the service advisor that the car was ready. I explained the service advisor the issue was not fixed and told him what the IT manager told me ( that they will need to check it again). The service advisor told me he would have to have somebody to check it but it was going to take several hours because they were too busy, even though I was there for over 1.5 hours already. I feel this is a problem where the departments point fingers at each other and nobody did anything to fix my issue. The advisor asked me to return some other day to check it, but I don't have time besides that was one of the reasons I took my CRV to service today. Too frustrating and too disappointing. I did not deserve being treated like this, I was the victim of your finger pointing issue. Hopefully some manager could contact these 2 guys and then contact me to help resolve my issue.
